A bit of research online before had come up with mixed reviews and one of them that she can't speak very good English and hard to make her understand what you want.
Was only kept waiting about 20mins, sat down and her very first question to me was
"SO you want rhinoplasty?"
"SO you want rhinoplasty?"
Yes please that why I'm here.
Dr S looked at my nose as I explained what I wanted, bump gone! nose straight, smaller tip.
"Yes yes we can do that, it will be closed surgery."
Even though I have a deviated septum from having my nose broken when I was younger? I don't need a septoplasty also as another surgeon has mentioned?
"No no, I can do with closed"
OK, still not convinced but..
Dr S then pulled out 2 very poor A4 pics with images of before and after nose surgeries.
"This is how yours will be, even though its picture of lady"
"Nice and straight, you not want curve as you are male"
OK, you seem to know what your talking about
So will my nose end up straight and symmetrical? At which point the Nurse? admin staff who was sitting in on the consultation chirped in that yes it will be straight which is why the cast has to stay on for 2 weeks! although the cartilage does have memory and my deviate back to its original position.
2 Weeks! May go back! :|
Left feeling kind of happy, back next week for pre op bloods and things.
